About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and other customer communications professionally
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns
- Document customer interactions and update the CRM system accurately
- Make outbound calls for follow-up, surveys, and promotional activities
- Assist in lead generation and sales support through proactive outreach
- Promote products and services to enhance customer retention
Requirements
- High School Graduate (12th pass) or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer systems
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment
- Experience in outbound sales, upselling, or telemarketing
- Degree in business, communications, or a related field
