About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support across multiple channels including Email, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit
- Resolve order-related issues such as address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects
- Assist with internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth product releases and deliveries
- Engage with the online community on social media by responding to inquiries and feedback
- Act as a brand ambassador while maintaining the Youtooz brand voice
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
- Experience working in high-volume and fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or SquareSpace
- Experience using ticketing systems like Zendesk, Jira, or Zoho
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Written fluency in additional languages
- Experience in Social Media Support or Community Management
- Strong familiarity with internet and pop culture
