Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and collection services for delinquent accounts via telephone
- Consult with customers regarding repayment plans and manage progress
- Perform administrative tasks related to phone calls, such as recording conversation logs and updating repayment methods
Requirements
- Experience in customer interaction (call center, customer support, help desk, etc.)
- Basic PC operation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer support roles within a contact center or service operations
