Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and collection services for delinquent accounts via telephone
  • Consult with customers regarding repayment plans and manage progress
  • Perform administrative tasks related to phone calls, such as recording conversation logs and updating repayment methods

Requirements

  • Experience in customer interaction (call center, customer support, help desk, etc.)
  • Basic PC operation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer support roles within a contact center or service operations
