About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media, and WhatsApp chats with efficiency.
- Identify and address customer needs to ensure total satisfaction and resolve technical difficulties.
- Troubleshoot product or service-related issues and guide customers through step-by-step resolutions.
- Recommend additional products or services through suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and empathetically to maintain loyalty.
- Document all customer interactions and details accurately within the CRM system.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team for continuous product and process improvement.
Requirements
- Completed technical or partial university studies in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support, preferably in the sales or financial sector.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations under pressure.
- High agility in keyboarding, spelling, and writing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Background working within the financial services or technology industries.
