About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hospitality-driven, empathetic support via high-volume inbound phone calls, chats, and emails
  • Manage multiple concurrent conversations and tasks while maintaining strong organization and follow-through
  • Take ownership of complex or high-priority issues using structured problem-solving and sound judgment
  • Consistently meet or exceed a 90%+ customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in Salesforce to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Identify recurring patterns and surface insights to help improve internal tools and customer documentation

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of customer support experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, or e-commerce
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (C1/C2 level) with strong written and verbal skills
  • Experience working in a CRM environment (Salesforce preferred) and familiarity with telephony systems
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, within the 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST window
  • Proven ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
  • A reliable home workspace with stable, high-speed internet and minimal background noise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in hospitality, restaurants, or retail environments
  • Experience supporting small business owners or hospitality-focused businesses
  • Familiarity with support metrics such as CSAT, QA, FCR, and SLAs
  • Experience collaborating within a remote or distributed global team
