About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding all inquiries related to OVHcloud services
- Deliver high-quality service to ensure a premium customer experience
- Follow up on customer requests until full resolution while respecting committed deadlines
- Interact with various departments to ensure proper handling of customer needs
- Share knowledge and best practices with team colleagues
- Continuously train on new products, tools, and technologies
Requirements
- Successful previous experience in technical support
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- Passion for IT and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Highly organized and versatile professional
- Strong sense of service with a focus on pedagogy and active listening
- English proficiency at a B2 level (written and oral)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using a CSM (such as ServiceNow)
- Prior experience using OVHcloud products
