Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
• Answer complex questions regarding product function and usage
• Own the resolution of customer issues to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Accurately and efficiently log all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
• Adapt communication styles to support a diverse, global customer base

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• 1+ years of experience in customer support (phone, email, or chat)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems
• Knowledge of iOS and Apple hardware
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work from the London office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Experience working in a software support environment
• Technical knowledge of computer networking
