About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support to process, track, manage and maintain CAGE code registration transactions
  • Verify and validate registration information and identify registration issues or special circumstances
  • Address CAGE code registration inquiries received through DLA’s enterprise level customer service center, Congressional Liaison Office, or other sources
  • Maintain associated records, supporting documentation, and communications in accordance with CAGE Program Office policy

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum six months of experience in CAGE Code registration operations or a similar federal registration process
  • Experience in direct customer service support
  • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, internet, and email
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong telephone skills
