About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to process, track, manage and maintain CAGE code registration transactions
- Verify and validate registration information and identify registration issues or special circumstances
- Address CAGE code registration inquiries received through DLA’s enterprise level customer service center, Congressional Liaison Office, or other sources
- Maintain associated records, supporting documentation, and communications in accordance with CAGE Program Office policy
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum six months of experience in CAGE Code registration operations or a similar federal registration process
- Experience in direct customer service support
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, internet, and email
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Strong telephone skills
