About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer tenant questions via telephone and email
- Handle reports, complaints, and requests with appropriate follow-up
- Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to assist tenants
- Provide clear feedback and aftercare to tenants
- Identify recurring questions or bottlenecks
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and customer contact
Requirements
- Experience with telephone customer contact
- Minimum MBO working and thinking level
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Ability to work independently and carefully
- Professional and calm demeanor during challenging conversations
- Strong sense of responsibility and collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate industry or residential rentals
Benefits
- Gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,800 (based on 40 hours)
- 32 to 40 hours per week
- Hybrid working possibilities
- Travel allowance (€0.23 per km) or NS-Business Card
- 28 vacation days plus 3 unscheduled days
