About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, expedite critical orders, and research order status
  • Provide support for quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, and invoicing
  • Resolve discrepancies, customer credit issues, and returns effectively
  • Maintain positive customer relations by resolving claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws
  • Identify and investigate opportunities to improve internal processes and key performance metrics
  • Maintain and update electronic and hard copy records accurately

Requirements

  • Proven experience in North American customer calling environments
  • Availability to work exclusively during US shift timings
  • Knowledge of eCommerce processes, specifically Order to Cash (O2C)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Strong computer, email, phone, and problem-solving skills
