About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, expedite critical orders, and resolve issues for the North American market
- Provide support for quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, and invoicing
- Manage returns, discrepancy resolutions, and customer credit issues
- Maintain positive customer relations by resolving claims and complaints effectively
- Identify and investigate opportunities to improve internal processes and key performance metrics
- Maintain and update electronic and hard copy records accurately
Requirements
- Proven experience in North American customer calling environments
- Ability to work exclusively during US shift timings
- Knowledge of eCommerce processes, specifically Order to Cash (O2C)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in the English language
- Strong computer, email, and phone communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
