About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customers with inquiries and concerns via telephone and email
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests
- Work within a fixed team to process and forward customer concerns
- Collaborate closely with various operational teams to solve issues structurally
- Participate in regular training regarding products, processes, and internal workflows
Requirements
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
- Strong communication, empathy, and solution-oriented mindset
- Team player with a positive and open attitude
- Initial experience in customer service or similar roles, or motivated career changer
- High value placed on reliable and service-oriented customer care
