About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries on technical issues via all relevant communication channels
- Resolve and troubleshoot simple or complex customer issues
- Speak to customers to identify the root cause of problems
- Provide timely and accurate customer feedback
- Manage multiple cases across call, email, and chat channels
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate bug reports
- Maintain established service levels and productivity standards
- Respond to on-call incidents outside of regular working hours
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in customer support
- Native fluency in Japanese
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle technical troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional work experience in a technical field
