Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound technical support for US and UK processes
  • Act as a Web Consultant for AUS processes
  • Manage UK Telecom processes including call blocking services
  • Provide high-quality customer support and technical assistance

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in BPO environments preferred
  • At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process roles
  • Ability to join immediately
  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree
