Responsibilities
- Handle outbound processes for the UK shift
- Manage inbound technical support for US/UK markets
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US markets
- Close calls effectively and process payments through various gateways
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
- Experience in technical support processes
- Ability to join immediately
