Responsibilities
- Drive customer experience by answering support tickets and providing user guidance
- Generate product documentation and report bugs to product and engineering teams
- Support customers by reviewing, cleaning, and migrating datasets
- Interact with customer team members to identify service improvement areas
- Act as a product expert to drive adoption and satisfaction
- Serve as a trusted advisor and support to the customer team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or reporting role
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for large dataset analysis
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and experience improving processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Self-starter mindset with effective collaboration skills
