About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for the Makro Body & Face category and respective customers
- Collaborate with Category and Channel teams to create integrated promotional plans and manage investments within budget
- Identify opportunities to win at the point of sale, focusing on distribution, availability, and merchandising
- Negotiate trade terms, funding, and counterparts in alignment with Unilever's category strategy
- Monitor customer performance by tracking market share and contribution levels
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews and data analysis to provide accurate business requirements
- Act as a brand ambassador for Unilever while representing customer interests internally
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, or Channel Development
- Strong skills in developing and implementing customer and channel investment strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the FMCG industry
- Background in Marketing or Trade Marketing
