About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for the Makro Body & Face category and respective customers
  • Collaborate with Category and Channel teams to create integrated promotional plans and manage investments within budget
  • Identify opportunities to win at the point of sale, focusing on distribution, availability, and merchandising
  • Negotiate trade terms, funding, and counterparts in alignment with Unilever's category strategy
  • Monitor customer performance by tracking market share and contribution levels
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews and data analysis to provide accurate business requirements
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Unilever while representing customer interests internally

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, or Channel Development
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing customer and channel investment strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the FMCG industry
  • Background in Marketing or Trade Marketing
