About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for specific categories and customers to drive growth.
  • Create joint customer business plans in collaboration with Category and Channel teams.
  • Manage customer promotion investments and develop optimal integrated promotional plans within budget.
  • Identify opportunities to win at the point of sale, including distribution, availability, and merchandising.
  • Negotiate trade terms, funding, and counterparts in alignment with Unilever strategy.
  • Monitor customer performance by tracking market share and contribution.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews of Joint Business Planning and trade terms.
  • Perform data analysis to provide accurate business requirements for customer presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, or Channel Development.
  • Experience developing and implementing customer or channel investment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Background in Marketing or Trade Marketing.
