About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the LATAM support team, including hiring and onboarding specialists
- Drive regional performance through coaching, accountability, and managing KPIs like CSAT
- Partner with field teams and spend time on ranches to understand customer workflows
- Collaborate with global product and AI teams to improve regional product fit
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in customer-facing environments
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Understanding of the ranching or livestock industry in South America
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling new markets or 0-to-1 motions
- Experience in high-growth startups or ag-tech
- Familiarity with Intercom, Salesforce, or hardware products
- Portuguese language skills
