Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the LATAM support team, including hiring and onboarding specialists
  • Drive regional performance through coaching, accountability, and managing KPIs like CSAT
  • Partner with field teams and spend time on ranches to understand customer workflows
  • Collaborate with global product and AI teams to improve regional product fit

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in customer-facing environments
  • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English
  • Understanding of the ranching or livestock industry in South America

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling new markets or 0-to-1 motions
  • Experience in high-growth startups or ag-tech
  • Familiarity with Intercom, Salesforce, or hardware products
  • Portuguese language skills
