Customer Support Manager (CSM) Senior Aeronautical Equipment

Responsibilities

• Manage and animate the relationship with a portfolio of PBH (Power By the Hour) clients, anticipating needs and building long-term trust.
• Ensure operational excellence by implementing contracts in internal systems and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and profitability.
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), organize performance reviews, and lead action plans to address deviations.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including sales administration, technical coordinators, and local representatives.
• Drive innovation by proposing and implementing process optimizations to strengthen market leadership.

Requirements

• Bac+3 (DUT) or Master's degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as a Customer Support Manager (CSM).
• Proven experience in managing complex contracts, ideally within the aeronautical industry or a demanding technical environment.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and oral).
• Ability to travel frequently abroad (approximately 3 days every 2 months).
