Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop regional Customer Support Associate Managers and Team Leads to deliver scalable, high-quality digital support experiences.
  • Manage and develop high-performing professionals by translating organizational priorities into measurable outcomes and business KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through strategic initiatives focused on digital transformation, automation, and AI-enabled support models.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to represent the Voice of the Customer and identify operational gaps.
  • Foster a globally aligned, customer-focused culture centered on accountability, inclusion, and innovation.
  • Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities to make sound decisions that align with both regional needs and global standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading customer support, customer success, or technical support teams.
  • Proven experience managing managers, team leads, or senior-level individual contributors.
  • Strong understanding of customer support operations and digital support strategies within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving operational improvements, process optimization, and automation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence across different geographic regions (GEOs).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within global organizations or managing multiple geographic regions.
  • Background in leading teams through periods of digital transformation or organizational growth.
