About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage client relations to ensure high levels of service satisfaction
- Perform business and operational analysis for the Europe region, including external networks and maintenance structures
- Prepare quarterly performance reviews
- Provide support for service sales and marketing campaign animation
- Organize internal and external events within Europe
- Participate in the Airbus Helicopters Business Transformation plan
- Support teams using the Salesforce CRM
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree level (BAC +5) program in Engineering or Business
- Proficiency in both English and French
- Ability to use AI tools such as Gemini and the Google suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP
- Strong analytical, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and autonomy
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in German or Spanish
