Customer Support & Logistics Associate

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor orders
• Monitor stock, backorders, and logistical processes
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods
• Support colleagues and act as a backup during absences
• Ensure smooth communication between logistics and customers

Requirements

• MBO Plus/HBO working and thinking level
• Several years of experience in customer-facing and logistical roles
• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of order and administrative processes
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (oral and written)
• Accuracy and ability to maintain overview
• Hands-on mentality
• Experience in logistics, healthcare, medical industry, or sterilization processes is a plus
