Responsibilities
- Communicate with users via written channels including email, chat, and social media
- Provide consultation regarding company products and their functionality
- Manage user feedback and complaints effectively
- Identify and process user issues by gathering necessary information and collaborating with QA and development teams
- Collect and analyze user feedback to share actionable insights with the product team
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Customer Support Manager or Agent
- Experience working with Zendesk or similar support ticketing systems
- Proven experience in a high-volume B2C environment
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher for fluent written communication
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for results
