About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and delivery of global, high-impact initiatives within Customer Support Knowledge Management
- Drive large-scale, complex transformation projects and multi-year roadmaps across multiple regions and business units
- Manage project financials, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and providing dependable financial forecasts
- Direct diverse project teams consisting of over 20 internal and external resources from various countries
- Lead innovation projects focused on emerging technologies, including AI, through PoCs, pilots, and scaling solutions
- Maintain and nurture relationships with upper-level stakeholders to ensure alignment and structured decision-making
- Contribute to the refinement of project management practices, tools, and templates within the organization
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in project management
- Proven experience managing global projects and large-scale transformations
- Strong expertise in risk management, stakeholder alignment, and complex problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with Agile methodology and change management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and data analysis
