Responsibilities
- Provide responsive, empathetic support via chat, email, and community channels
- Become an expert in Flux’s design environment to guide users through workflows
- Investigate and triage technical issues with the engineering team
- Create and maintain help center articles, FAQs, and tutorial content
- Analyze support tickets to identify recurring themes and propose product improvements
- Champion customer feedback and advocate for user needs cross-functionally
- Help define and refine support processes, metrics, and tools to scale operations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support, success, or technical support at a software company
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language
- Organized and detail-oriented with a startup mindset
- Comfortable using ticketing and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with electronics design, CAD, or EDA tools
- Experience supporting technical or developer audiences
