About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently
- Handle website order management and order tracking
- Maintain and update customer and order database records
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support
- Coordinate with Amazon Fulfillment for order dispatch and delivery-related issues
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams
- Monitor order status and ensure timely resolution of concerns
Requirements
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in customer support or order management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Experience with Website Order Handling and Database Management
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to coordinate effectively with third-party fulfillment services
