About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the operation and maintenance of gas turbines, steam turbines, control systems, and auxiliary equipment
- Respond to technical issue requests using engineering principles and analytical problem-solving
- Prepare technical reports, procedures, and engineering documentation
- Lead root cause analysis activities and implement corrective actions
- Act as a liaison between field operations and design engineering teams
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide technical leadership for resolution projects
- Travel to customer sites for inspections, outages, and technical review meetings
- Support commercial teams with sales and service proposal activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Exposure to Gas/Steam Turbine design, operation, repair, or commissioning
- Experience developing specifications and proposals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient technical report writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and simulation software
- Fluency in business English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Japanese language
