About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on materials, fits, tolerances, load/life calculations, sizing, and product selection
  • Support customers integrating components into designs using CAD models and engineering analysis
  • Handle complex, custom, and competitive cross-over quoting
  • Manage quality claims by working with customer service and procurement
  • Deliver technical presentations to engineering groups
  • Maintain product databases, catalog content, and website information

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • 0-3 years of relevant engineering or technical experience
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical components
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and perform mechanical calculations
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • VBA/VB skills
