Responsibilities

  • Act as the first responder for all inbound technical issues, owning resolution from triage to follow-up
  • Build and maintain automated support systems, including ticketing workflows and self-service tooling
  • Reproduce bugs, perform root cause analysis, and provide well-documented escalations to engineering
  • Synthesize customer issue patterns into actionable feedback for the Product team
  • Create and maintain internal and external knowledge bases, FAQs, and integration guides

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical support, developer support, or software engineering
  • Experience writing and deploying production code
  • Strong familiarity with APIs and webhooks
  • Ability to work through ambiguous, multi-constraint problems with sound judgment
  • Comfortable with availability outside traditional hours as the company scales
  • High ownership mindset focused on fixing root causes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Healthcare IT or Healthtech (FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR)
  • Hands-on experience with support tooling like Pylon
  • Experience with engineering on-call rotations
  • Background in early-stage startups (Series A or earlier)
  • Experience supporting open-source developer tools or APIs
