About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end deployment of the CashFlo platform for enterprise customers, including configuring integrations and workflows.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers to understand business flows and system constraints.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear technical inputs for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Handle L1/L2 production support, debugging data, integration, performance, and infrastructure issues.
  • Troubleshoot ETL pipelines, data workflows, and support data ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation.
  • Create deployment guides, runbooks, and internal documentation while sharing customer feedback with Product teams.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of ETL pipelines and data workflows.
  • Proficiency in Java SpringBoot or Python, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, monitoring, and logging tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise platforms.
  • Previous experience in Solutions Engineering, Deployment Engineering, or L2/L3 Technical Support.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
