About the role

Responsibilities

  • Answer daily repair queries related to design and documentation in liaison with partner design offices
  • Liaise with Design Offices to ensure requested repair definitions and justifications are available timely
  • Coordinate with spare parts organizations to ensure repair parts availability
  • Initiate and update structure repair documentation
  • Assist operators on-site for structure damage evaluation and repair embodiment
  • Ensure seamless information flow to and from operators regarding repair matters
  • Provide engineering support to Customer Services departments and regional teams
  • Act as a customer focal point to ensure clear communication between operators, MROs, lessors, and the Airbus network
  • Manage projects aimed at improving repair stages and operational processes

Requirements

  • Qualified Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft structures design and stress analysis
  • General knowledge of composite materials and metallurgy
  • Experience in structural repairs and MRO environments
  • Understanding of airline and MRO operations
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent presentation and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a highly demanding, customer-centric environment
