About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate efficiently with clients by providing quotations, processing orders, and responding to messages
- Handle sensitive issues such as overdue invoice reminders
- Assist clients with using the online platform and encourage feature adoption
- Resolve client concerns regarding service requests, order status, documentation, invoice coordination, and reports
Requirements
- University degree in Business or a related field
- Experience handling difficult clients preferred
- Open to highly trainable fresh graduates
- Good command of English
