About the role

Responsibilities

  • Communicate efficiently with clients by providing quotations, processing orders, and responding to messages
  • Handle sensitive issues such as overdue invoice reminders
  • Assist clients with using the online platform and encourage feature adoption
  • Resolve client concerns regarding service requests, order status, documentation, invoice coordination, and reports

Requirements

  • University degree in Business or a related field
  • Experience handling difficult clients preferred
  • Open to highly trainable fresh graduates
  • Good command of English
