About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cash collections, employee safety statistics, and track safety training
- Manage truck inventory counts and process shipments
- Generate on-call schedules and assist with customer surveys
- Work with the CRC to schedule customer service requests from initiation to completion
- Maximize technical resource productivity by efficiently scheduling and dispatching technicians
- Generate and track customer orders, set up new customer accounts, and work with vendors on invoice issues
- Support parts ordering, RMAs, and supply chain finance tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or College degree preferred)
- 2 years of administrative experience in Sales, Operations, or Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM tools such as Siebel or Salesforce
- Ability to travel to Roanoke, VA once per month
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
