About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cash collections, employee safety statistics, and track safety training
  • Manage truck inventory counts and process shipments
  • Generate on-call schedules and assist with customer surveys
  • Work with the CRC to schedule customer service requests from initiation to completion
  • Maximize technical resource productivity by efficiently scheduling and dispatching technicians
  • Generate and track customer orders, set up new customer accounts, and work with vendors on invoice issues
  • Support parts ordering, RMAs, and supply chain finance tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or College degree preferred)
  • 2 years of administrative experience in Sales, Operations, or Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Siebel or Salesforce
  • Ability to travel to Roanoke, VA once per month
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
