Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support to resolve customer queries promptly
  • Guide customers through the usage of Visit Health’s app and services
  • Address complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, Claims, and Tech
  • Educate customers on new offerings, promotions, and features
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding response time and satisfaction
  • Collect and share customer feedback to improve processes

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Support
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong problem-solving skills with empathy and patience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
