Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support to resolve customer queries promptly
- Guide customers through the usage of Visit Health’s app and services
- Address complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, Claims, and Tech
- Educate customers on new offerings, promotions, and features
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding response time and satisfaction
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve processes
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Support
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong problem-solving skills with empathy and patience
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
