About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic, around-the-clock support to French-speaking SMEs to help them manage business banking and administrative solutions
- Tackle complex banking challenges including unfamiliar transactions, missing payments, and direct debits
- Identify and highlight patterns in customer inquiries to suggest process improvements and new workflows
- Juggle multiple priorities to ensure members receive a fast, fluid, and high-quality support experience
- Mentor new team members and assist with common back-office tasks
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written French skills
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Experience in customer service within the finance industry
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Proficiency in industry tools such as Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for problem-solving
