About the role
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for B2B customers via Voice, Email, and Chat
- Provide timely and professional support while maintaining SLAs
- Take ownership of customer interactions with proactive problem-solving
- Maintain accurate customer records and call documentation
- Meet performance metrics regarding quality, productivity, and resolution
- Suggest process improvements and flag recurring issues
Requirements
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to empathize and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with email etiquette and multi-channel communication
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
- High school diploma or equivalent
