- Become a product and policy expert across a deep catalog
- Meet weekly performance goals while maintaining high-quality customer experience
- Find creative solutions to leave customers genuinely impressed
Requirements
- Comfortable navigating web-based tools and apps
- Self-motivated and organized with strong time management skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Shopify experience
- Mac experience
- Prior customer service or eCommerce experience
