About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to international customer queries via voice calls to provide effective resolutions and support
- Update and process customer information accurately within company systems
- Resolve customer problems in a timely manner while taking ownership of commitments
- Use clear and simple English to deliver information and solutions effectively
- Maintain a high level of professional integrity, empathy, and respect in all customer interactions
- Liaise with internal team members to resolve complex queries that cannot be handled at the first point of contact
Requirements
- Minimum SSC (10th) passed
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
- Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Strong typing skills meeting process-specific requirements
- Ability to handle and resolve complex customer calls with a professional manner
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or related industry
