About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and provide resolutions via email and chat
  • Update and process information accurately into internal systems
  • Resolve customer problems in a timely manner and take ownership of commitments
  • Liaise with team members to resolve complex queries that cannot be handled at the first point of contact
  • Use clear, simple English to deliver information and solutions effectively
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic focus when dealing with all customers

Requirements

  • Minimum SSC (10th) passed
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and internet navigation
  • Good typing skills meeting process-specific requirements
  • Ability to handle and resolve complex customer inquiries with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or related industry
  • Experience in international email or chat support
