Responsibilities
- Handle international inbound and outbound voice processes
- Provide technical support services to customers
- Manage customer queries via voice calls
Requirements
- Minimum 10+2 qualification
- Fluent English with good communication skills
- At least 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process roles
- Ability to work fixed night shifts (8:30 pm – 6:30 am)
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
