About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries via telephone, email, or chat.
- Register and track customer tickets and requests within the system.
- Provide clear information regarding products, services, and logistics processes.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up on customer issues until full resolution is achieved.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with all users.
- Support the updating of databases and customer service reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Preparatoria concluida) or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura en curso).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service roles, preferably in warehouses or distribution centers.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Advanced customer service and communication skills.
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with rotating days off during the week.
