About the role

Responsibilities

  • Attend to and follow up on service reports in a timely and efficient manner
  • Contact customers regarding incomplete shipment data to collect correct information and ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage merchandise by scanning incoming and outgoing shipments within the assigned area
  • Provide high-quality support and assistance to customers to ensure satisfaction and adherence to service indicators

Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachillerato (High School)
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service
  • Strong customer management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
