About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive customer orders and capture information in the Interactive Command System (SCI) to generate shipping guides.
  • Generate daily manifest reports to document all generated guides for scheduled routes and end-of-day closing reports.
  • Monitor shipment status and location through tracking systems to ensure successful delivery.
  • Escalate special requests, such as unscheduled pickups or delivery issues, to account executives or sales advisors.
  • Maintain and update the database within the Command system, including sender and recipient information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Preparatoria) or Technical Degree (Carrera Técnica).
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service or as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for result analysis and presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide personalized customer service.
