About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries regarding shipments, collections, and deliveries.
- Monitor shipment status within the system to support timely delivery coordination.
- Handle daily customer communications via email to resolve doubts and issues immediately.
- Prepare accurate Excel reports regarding shipment status and delivery progress.
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical degree completed.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or operational roles, preferably in warehouses or distribution centers.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Advanced customer service and communication skills.
