About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with service requests, product inquiries, and various opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through comprehensive follow-up and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Resolve customer contacts promptly across multiple communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using internal tools.
  • Identify potential cross-selling opportunities and direct them to the sales team.
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails daily.
  • Provide level II technical support and resolve backoffice tickets.
  • Conduct medium-complexity investigations to solve customer issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, or customer experience roles.
  • Basic conversational and written English skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
  • High attention to detail and a professional, diplomatic demeanor.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and a passion for continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Experience using CRM tools and Salesforce.
  • Higher education or equivalent professional experience.
