Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer interactions and maintain logs within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Problem Management and Product teams to identify system deficiencies
  • Monitor and respond to customer cases and system alerts within response time goals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts accurately
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work US shifts
