About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve support and product issues through triage, routing, and resolution
- Analyze customer interactions and maintain logs within Salesforce
- Collaborate with Problem Management and Product teams to identify system deficiencies
- Monitor and respond to customer cases and system alerts within response time goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to grasp technical concepts accurately
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work US shifts
