About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve support and product issues through inbound request triage and routing
  • Analyze customer interactions and maintain logs within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Problem Management and Product teams to identify system deficiencies
  • Monitor and respond to customer cases and system alerts within response time goals
  • Use knowledgebase articles and training to develop functional product expertise

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts with accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible US shifts
  • Must be able to work onsite in Hyderabad
