About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve support and product issues through inbound request triage and routing
- Analyze customer interactions and maintain logs within Salesforce
- Collaborate with Problem Management and Product teams to identify system deficiencies
- Monitor and respond to customer cases and system alerts within response time goals
- Use knowledgebase articles and training to develop functional product expertise
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to grasp technical concepts with accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Ability to work flexible US shifts
- Must be able to work onsite in Hyderabad
