About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to customers throughout the inquiry-to-cash process, including quotations, negotiation, and order fulfillment
  • Manage order acknowledgment, order backlog follow-up, and logistics support
  • Handle invoicing and assist with accounts receivable (AR) payment chasing
  • Promote spare parts through proactive cross-selling and up-selling approaches
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery dates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for an Engineering major
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, customer support, or business development
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative teamwork mentality
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, changing environment
