About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to customers throughout the inquiry-to-cash process, including quotations, negotiation, and order fulfillment
- Manage order acknowledgment, order backlog follow-up, and logistics support
- Handle invoicing and assist with accounts receivable (AR) payment chasing
- Promote spare parts through proactive cross-selling and up-selling approaches
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery dates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for an Engineering major
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, customer support, or business development
- Fluency in both verbal and written English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative teamwork mentality
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, changing environment
