About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and social media to provide customers with help, advice, and guidance
  • Identify the cause of hardware/software faults and provide solutions
  • Resolve issues over the phone, email, or onsite via parts and engineer dispatch
  • Work with the Technical Account Management team to monitor and track issues for fast resolution
  • Document recurring customer problems and share information with technical team members

Requirements

  • Native-level Slovenian speaking and writing skills
  • Fluent English (strong B2 level)
  • Good computer handling skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and research skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Service-oriented and professional attitude
  • Valid European passport
