About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and social media to provide customers with help, advice, and guidance
- Identify the cause of hardware/software faults and provide solutions
- Resolve issues over the phone, email, or onsite via parts and engineer dispatch
- Work with the Technical Account Management team to monitor and track issues for fast resolution
- Document recurring customer problems and share information with technical team members
Requirements
- Native-level Slovenian speaking and writing skills
- Fluent English (strong B2 level)
- Good computer handling skills
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Service-oriented and professional attitude
- Valid European passport
